All Products

The All Products page allows you to view, search, filter and manage all products available on your website.

On the left navigation panel, select Products and then select All Products.

Product Views

Use the product views to switch between different product lists.

• All Products — Displays all available products.
• Featured Products — Displays products marked as featured.
• Drafts — Displays products saved as drafts.
• Latest Products — Displays recently added products.
• Filter by category — Filters the product list by category.

 

Search Products

Use the search field to locate a product by its part number.

a. Enter the product part number in the search field.
b. Select Search to apply the search.
c. Select Reset to clear the current search or filter.

 

Add a Product
Select the + button to open the Add Product page and create a new product.

Import Products
Select Import Products to open the product import function and import products in bulk.
For the import procedure and file requirements, refer to the Import Products documentation.

Product Settings
Select Product Settings to configure the display and layout of products across the website.
For details about the available settings, refer to the Product Settings documentation.

Manage Price & Stock
Select Manage Price & Stock to manage product pricing and stock information.

Manage 3D Files
Select Manage 3D Files to upload and manage 3D files associated with products.
For the complete procedure, refer to the Manage 3D Files documentation.

 

Product Actions

Select the three-dot (⋯) icon next to a product to access its available actions.

• Edit — Modify the selected product.
• Delete — Remove the selected product.
• Duplicate This Product — Create a copy of the selected product.
• View on Website — Open the product on the website.

 

Product Information

The product list displays key information for each product.

• Part Number — Identifies the product.
• Category — Shows the category assigned to the product.
• Show on HP — Indicates whether the product is configured to appear on the homepage.
• Actions — Provides product-specific actions.

 

Product Limit 

The upper-right corner of the page displays the current product capacity information.

• Products Limit — Displays the maximum number of products that can be added.
• Products Added — Displays the current number of products added.
