Catalogs

This section allows you to add a product catalog to your website. You can also let users download them or mail it to them.

1. First select Pages in the Admin menu and then click on Catalogs. The following page shows all the current catalogs, if there, on the website. 

To Add a Catalog

Click on Add a Catalog option at the bottom. Fill in the details to give a clear description.

Catalog Title: Add a title for the catalog.

Description: Add description about the catalog.

Featured Image: Upload an image of the catalog or product.

Catalog File: Upload the catalog file to be displayed. (Try uploading pdf documents only)

Download Settings: Grant permission to users to enable or decline catalog downloading feature. Also collect user related data for mailing the catalog.

Date and Sort Order: Add the publishing date of the catalog and the sort order of its display on the webpage.

Edit a Catalog

1. Click on the Settings symbol corresponding to the catalog you want to edit. 

2. Select Edit and make the required changes.

Delete a Catalog

1. Click on the Settings symbol corresponding to the catalog you want to delete. Click on Delete.

2. A dialog box will appear. Select the delete command. 

Mail Catalogs to Users

From the options available at the bottom portion of the Catalogs Page, Select Mail Catalogs to these Users to mail catalogs to a list of people. You will be automatically redirected to Manage Leads->Catalogs to be mailed page where you can perform the desired tasks.

See who Downloaded Catalogs

From the options available at the bottom portion of the Catalogs Page, Select See who Downloaded your Catalogs tab to view the same. You will be automatically redirected to Manage Leads->Catalog Downloads page where you can perform the desired tasks. 

Manage Page Title and SEO

This page will give a brief introduction to the customers about your catalogs. Fill the columns to give them a clear understanding.

Page Heading: Give the page a suitable title.

Content: Add a general description about your catalogs.

Search Engine Listing Preview: Set up the page title, meta description and handle. These help define how this page shows up on search engines.

Manage Catalog Request Form

From the options available at the bottom portion of the Catalogs page, select Manage Catalog Request Form. Now edit the different functionality of the catalog in this section.
